Your information

Keys & Crown Catering and Kingdom Assembly of Grace and Truth, Inc. use order information to prepare purchases, arrange pickup or delivery, respond to questions and maintain transaction records. Contact info@kagt.org with questions about access, correction or deletion, subject to recordkeeping requirements.

Payment is completed on Zeffy. We do not collect or store card numbers on this website. Zeffy and its payment providers process payment information under their own policies. The order system may store your contact information, order contents, fulfillment details, payment status and order updates.

Private tracking

Each order has a private tracking code. Treat that code like a private link: anyone who has it can see limited order progress. Public fundraiser totals do not display buyer names, email addresses, telephone numbers or delivery addresses. Contact us if a code needs to be replaced.

Cookies and storage

The staff dashboard uses an essential session cookie for sign-in and security. The public storefront does not include advertising trackers. Zeffy has its own cookie practices when you open its checkout. Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts; a system font is used if they cannot load.

Ordering and fulfillment

Standard orders require at least seven calendar days. Order different dates or addresses separately. Requested dates, pickup appointments, delivery and expedited service require confirmation. Food payment does not confirm a delivery quote. Delivery is separately priced and paid after approval.

Changes and cancellation requests

Email info@kagt.org with your transaction reference as soon as you need a change or cancellation. We review preparation already completed and costs incurred and confirm any available refund individually. No automatic cancellation or refund is promised by this page.

Food and allergens

Ingredients and allergens vary by item. Ask about allergies and dietary requirements before paying. We do not claim an allergen-free kitchen.

Fundraiser reporting

Holiday proceeds benefit Kingdom Assembly of Grace and Truth, Inc., after food and supply costs. Julius Ford donates his time and takes no salary or wages from these orders. A food purchase is not automatically a tax-deductible donation. The food-sales ticker counts confirmed, eligible holiday food transactions after applicable refunds; delivery fees, test transactions and optional contributions to Zeffy are excluded. Sales are different from net proceeds and bank settlement.
